Happy 26th birthday!

Lovely weekend.

Waffles as second breakfast on Saturday morning after arriving to Stockholm with sis, E and W.

Catching up, coffee and shopping with P.

Lamb steak with Champagne risotto and Creme Brulee for dessert on Saturday evening at sis and E's place.

Brunch on the Modern Museum today and then some shopping before going back to Linköping.

Tonight a nice dinner with my J.

Perfect.

(And I probably won't have to eat again for at least a week...)

Min blivande arbetsgivare ringde idag och meddelande min lön och sa att jag kunde komma och hämta ovanstående bok eftersom hon ger den till alla nyanställda sjuksköterskor på avdelningen.
Såklart jättetrevligt....MEN, jag beställde ju den på adlibris.se för några veckor sedan och betalade den för två veckor sedan. Typiskt...
Så nu ligger det ute till salu på nätet både här och där...Hoppas att den går att sälja.

How can anyone let something so beautiful fall apart like this?


I would love to have house like this when I'm old enough to live in a house. 
Too bad Sweden is a bit short of properties like this. 


I guess I will have to build one.

Orange and cranberry muffins

Saturday night baking. 

Lovely quiet. 

It's just me and some Glee soundtracks. 

And of course some 

newly baked and absolutely lovely orange and cranberry muffin. MMMMmmm...

(but I guess the tummy ache will set in any minute now...too much mixture...) 

The only boring thing with baking is washing up afterwards. 

But the sooner I get it done, the sooner I can go to sleep. 

My body is so tired after getting up at 5 am, having a busy day at the hospital between 6.45 am and 4 pm and then 45 minutes power walk with the late afternoon sun warming my back.

I'm glad I'm working afternoon/night tomorrow!

Only three months left

It's exactly three moths left to the speech day today. 

The very final day in school...

The to do pile is still extremely tall...but at least I've started my way down to the bottom.

Please watch your step

It's icy on the streets and tomorrow I'll start my final clinical placement period on the orthopedic ward. So please watch your step, I don't want to have you as a patient with a femoral or hip fracture!

Sunday

There is not many things I like more than dancing a night away...and last night was all about dance!

At 2.30 am I was so sweat and exhausted that I had to call it a night. 

I really should learn how to dance the jive properly...and then go out and dance, and only for the sake of dancing. 

Today it's Sunday and even if it got late last night I got up early this morning. And I've already cleaned the flat and had mom & dad with friends for newly baked scones and coffee. I'm off for a walk now before going to I's place to make some adjustments on the thesis. Every time I read it I find word that are misspelled and sentences that are missing a word or having to many. But hopefully it will be my last day working with it today...or tomorrow...

It's 5 o'clock and I can still see the sun between the houses! 

Ain't that sweet!

Today's work is done. And I think cleaning is on the schedule now before heading to the gym.

(I'm so good at this gym thing at the moment!)
